YES! We believe in a healthy work life/home life balance. We service your pool on a weekly basis and bill you monthly for our services. Some months have 5 weeks, which effectively means that you receive an extra 4 WEEKS of cleaning per year at no additional charge. To offset this, we strategically utilize these extra weeks during the off-season (October-April) to allow our staff to take some personal time off for vacations and holidays. Please note, that due to the additional weeks of cleaning provided, we will not be issuing credits or refunds for the missed pool cleaning during these weeks. This is simply a part of our policy, which enables us to offer uninterrupted service through the rest of the year. Before we take our time off, We will boost your chemicals the week before in order to maintain the proper levels during our  absence. We assure you that he will take the extra time needed upon his return the following week to make sure your pool looks beautiful.

YES!  We are a licensed, insured and bonded contractor who can take care of all your pool equipment problems.  Our repair team will come out for a $125 Service Call fee to diagnose the problem. We will then send you an estimate for repairs.  Should you choose to use us for your repair, then the $125 will then go towards the total cost of the repair. All of our estimates, are just that… an estimate and additional fees may apply- however our estimates always include the cost of parts and labor. *Please note that for any repair work or parts exceeding the value of $50, that Clean Living Pool and Spa will request your approval prior to proceeding. Conversely, should there be any minor repairs or parts under $50, those repairs will be attended to immediately upon detection of the issue. Subsequently, an invoice detailing the charges incurred will be sent to you, notifying you that the card on file has been charged accordingly.

Clean Living Pool and Spa performs all filter cleanings to guarantee the filters are cleaned properly and thoroughly every 4 months.By cleaning them with chemicals we are able to extend the life of the cartridges by 1-2 years. It’s important to note that Clean Living Pools continues to offer filter cleaning rates that are approximately 25% cheaper than our competitors. In addition, most of our competitors clean filters with water only. Part of our service agreement is that Clean Living Pool and Spa performs all filter cleanings (not customers).
