At Clean Living Pool and Spa, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality pool maintenance services. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Billing and Service Schedule
    • We service your pool on a weekly basis and bill you monthly for our services. Some months have five weeks, which means you receive an extra four weeks of cleaning per year at no additional charge.
    • To balance this, we strategically use these extra weeks during the off-season for personal time off, including vacations and holidays.
    • No credits or refunds will be issued for missed cleanings during these weeks, as this policy ensures we can provide uninterrupted service throughout the rest of the year.
  2. Cancellation of Monthly Service
    • If a customer chooses to cancel their monthly pool service, no credits or refunds will be issued for services that have been paid in advance.
  3. Inaccessible Property on Scheduled Cleaning Day
    • If our technician is unable to access the property on the assigned cleaning day, we will leave pool treatment tablets and notify the customer via our weekly service form. No credits or refunds will be provided in such cases.
  4. Refunds
    • All refund requests are subject to the discretion of the owners. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
